Because all of our products are made to order we are only able to offer refunds for damaged/defective items or packages lost in transit.
Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
To setup a return, email us at hello@thepuzzlerepublic.com and include your order number or confirmation email as well as photos of the damaged item and any additional notes. All original packing materials must be included, and merchandise must be in new condition.
